1. What is the quality of our hair?
wendyhair.com offer two types of hair, Malaysian Virgin Hair and Indian Remy Hair. Both of them are natural 100% human hair and they’re collected directly from healthy donors in virgin condition. After collecting the hair our hair technicians will rinse the hair and handpick out short, damage and grey strands for women are in need of best and superior quality.
Malaysian Virgin Hair is 100% natural and unprocessed human hair. It’s the absolute highest quality hair available on the market. It has not been colored, dyed, bleached, or chemically processed in anyway. So this hair can be washed, blow dried, bleached, colored, and curled & styled with heated tools when you receive it.
Our Indian Remy Hair is chemically processed to compact the hair cuticles to ensure the hair is completely tangle-free and has a natural soft and silky appearance. You can wash it, curled it and style it. However, we do not recommend that you do any bleaching and coloring. This hair is already processed and any further processing will damage the hair quality.
NOTE: No matter how good our hair quality is, please DON’T style it or dye it too frequently, the heat or chemical will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
2. What payment methods do we accept?
We also accept PayPal, Credit Card.
1. Log in your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2. Enter your Card Details; the order will be shipped to your PayPal address, please check it is correct, then click Submit.
3. Your Payment will be processed, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your delivery address. Ensure you have selected or entered the correct delivery address.

We accept all Visa Cards, Mastercards,DISCOVER and American Express Card.

Q: What payment methods are available for wholesale orders?
A: We accept Western Union, Bank Transfer for large orders, Paypal or Credit Cards for small or sample orders.
Q: What is your delivery time after I place an order?
A: We can send out goods in stock within 48 hours after we receive full payment. Customized goods within 1-2 weeks. We use DHL express shipping to rush your order and normally the delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Q: Do you supply custom orders?
A: If you don't find what you're looking for, you can contact us about the custom details and we will make any styles and colors you desired.
Q: Can I put on my own labels instead?
A: Yes, we can help to design or print out your own label.
Q: Do you supply packaging bags?
A: Yes, we can provide the customers PVC Bag or depending on your own requirement.
Q: Do you provide after sales service?
A: Yes, we have strict quality control system and provide you perfect after sales service. If you have any problem about your order you can email us.
Q: How many pieces hair do I need?
A: For hair wefts,2pcs for 10-14in,3pcs for 16-22inch, 4pcs for 24-40inch. If you want to get a very full look, you might need another pack. If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist.
Q: How long does it last?
A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. If you take good care of the hair, it last for over one year.
Q: Can they be straightened, curled ?
A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the virgin human hair .
However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
Q: Can I go swimming?
A: You may go in swimming pools and hot tubs. It is best to wash hair right after swimming. Avoid getting hair in salt water as the salt can take all the moisture out of the hair and it will lead to tangling of the hair. Never braid your hair and go in salt water. It is best to wear it down. Add a spray in conditioner after swimming.
Q: What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
1. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
2. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.
3. You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
4. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A: human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell : human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching. human hair will smell foul . When burning , the human hair will show white smoke.
While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.
Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem
Q: Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q: Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.
Q: Why the hair has grey hair?
A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle
Q: How many bundles for a full head?
A: 12"-14": 2 bundles
16"-20": 3 bundles
22"-28": 4 bundles or more
Q: How can I order one more bundle?
A: You could place an order first, do not pay, leave a msg about what extra length you need, contact the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.
Q: How long is the processing and shipment time?
A: We will ship the goods within 24 hours after the verifying time, shipment will take 3-5 days.
Q: What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
